Evamy Forster was established in 2002 by Nick Evamy BSc (Hons) MRICS, formerly M25 Office Investment Partner at Knight Frank, City Investment Director at Richard Ellis and National Investment Director at Saxon Law.

Based in Bruton Place in the heart of Mayfair, the practice was formed in direct response to the increasing requirement from today's sophisticated property investor for a more personal, dedicated service across the 3 inter-related core disciplines of investment, development and asset management.

Focusing on these key sectors, the firm's principal activities include the acquisition and disposal of development sites and investments, development funding and the provision of strategic advice on new and existing holdings to ensure maximisation of returns over the anticipated hold period. The firm has a reputation for identifying properties which offer it's clients real value and can be realised through development or intensive asset management within short to medium term timeframes.

The majority of the firm's acquisitions are identified and acquired "off-market", achieved through an intimate knowledge of client's requirements and extensive contacts throughout the market. The firm's clients are broadly based and include Institutions (Pension and Life Funds), Property Companies and UK and International Private Investors.
